Thermal Solutions

Our dedicated design team proudly features the utmost back pressure performance, maximum air flow and minimum noise on custom thermal solutions sought by customer engineers, through our complete line of DC Fan models, and the controller boards we build to drive them.

Delta's test capabilities include ISO 7779 specified acoustic chambers and 3000 CFM wind tunnel in our expanded test lab. This in-house testing capability provides for speedy response and "real-time" results of fan module performance analysis.


Superior CAD/CAE Capabilities

By using state-of-the-art AutoCAD Inventors, Pro/E, Solid Works and Solid Designer software, Delta engineers are able to integrate sheet metal and plastics sub-assemblies into the designs of Fan trays.

With latest Protel 99SE, we design the most efficient controller boards. Delta is able to conduct accurate thermal flow analysis by using Star-CD/LT and Modex software.

With above professional design tools, we can easily communicate with customer engineers to shorten design cycle.


Assembly (Value-Added) Techniques

Delta's highly skilled professional engineers are knowledgeable in tooling design & fabrication as well as plastic injection in-house to provide superior quality at minimum manufacturing lead time.

Professionally trained operators and technicians provide for high quality & high efficiency start-to-finish assembly capabilities, including sheet metal, PCBA, fans or blowers as well as added wire harnessing and optional accessories.

To reduce environmental impact and achieve greater energy saving, our fans with electrical input power ≧125W have been designed to exceed the ecodesign requirement of 2015.
